Interview with Board Members:
Following the close of application, selected candidates will be invited to interview with current board members. These interviews provide an opportunity to discuss your experience, skills, and vision for contributing to Stonewall Sports - Philadelphia.
Board Decisions:
Following interviews, the board will review all applications and interview feedback to make final decisions. Successful candidates will be notified and announced as new members of the leadership team during the annual board meeting.

Our planned recruitment timeline is as follows:
February 2nd: Positions Go Live
All available leadership positions will be posted on our website and social media channels. Interested individuals can access the application forms and submit their materials.
February 15th: Applications Close and Interviews are Scheduled
The interview process will take place following the close of applications. Candidates will be scheduled for interviews with board members to discuss their qualifications and fit for the role.
Early March: Board Decisions
The board will deliberate and make final decisions. New leadership team members will be announced, and their roles will commence following the annual board meeting.
