To provide access to our leagues for individuals experiencing financial hardship, we are offer a Player Assistance program. Eligibility and provision of assistance will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Approved applicants will be eligible for either a partial or full registration fee waiver.
Applicants may only register for 1 activity per season while receiving assistance. Members may only receive assistance for 2 seasons per calendar year.
Application information is confidential and will only be reviewed by members of the Stonewall Sports – Philadelphia Board.
Applications can be submitted during open application periods. If the form is currently closed, please email info@stonewallphilly.org for information on the next application cycle.
Returning and new players are eligible to apply for assistance.
The Player Assistance Program application period opens 3 weeks prior to general registration. The deadline to apply is 1 week after the beginning of general registration.

Yes, the information provided in your application will only be viewed by select members of the Stonewall Sports – Philadelphia Board for eligibility and financial determination.
Only highly-aggregated and anonymized data will be retained for budgeting purposes and are not stored for more than 1 calendar year.
Applicants should expect to receive a decision within 3 business days after submission.
If eligible, a credit will be applied to your LeagueApps account for the specified league. Detailed instructions will be included in your financial determination email.
Applicants are eligible to receive a grant for 1 league per season, with a maximum of 2 grants per calendar year.
