Join us for an invigorating evening of Hot Pilates led by the talented Amy LaRoux Ritchie! This 50-minute class is a beginner-friendly workout that blends the control and precision of Pilates with bodyweight exercises, yoga flow, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) in a heated space.
What is Hot Pilates?
Our 50-minute Hot Pilates is beginner friendly, full body workout that blends the control and precision of Pilates mat work with bodyweight exercises, yoga flow, and high intensity interval training (HIIT) in a heated space. Emphasis is placed on connection of the breath to movement and correct body alignment to keep you injury-free. This class will improve your core strength, strengthen your mind-body connection, fine tune balance and coordination, and build cardiovascular endurance. Modifications are offered for all exercises, allowing you to feel challenged, yet comfortable, as you move through class. Classes are heated to 90 degrees.
