Join Stonewall Sports - Philadelphia for an electrifying Barry's Bootcamp experience led by the incredible Alyssa! This high-energy, 50-minute HIIT session combines treadmill intervals with strength training on the floor, providing a full-body workout that’s both challenging and empowering. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or new to fitness, this queer-friendly class is open to all skill levels.
What is Barry's?
Barry’s is the original high-energy workout that combines strength training and cardio in a signature Red Room experience. Each 50-minute class is designed to push your limits, alternating between treadmill intervals and floor exercises to build endurance, strength, and confidence. With heart-pumping music, expert instructors, and a supportive community, Barry’s is more than a workout—it’s a lifestyle. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, Barry’s meets you where you are and helps you crush your fitness goals.

Barry's account creation and waiver will be required prior to participation
